Class

Must eat the heart of a Demon at their class level to class up but are required to eat the heart of an Archdemon to become class up from 4 to 5.

Age
Hanyou start with a decline of 30, reach mental and physical maturity by the age of 8 and have a maximum decline of 110.

Realm
Hanyou are usually born in Olphelia or the Demon Realm unless their mother gives birth elsewhere, of course.

Hanyou are the half demons right? I thought they obtained soul absorb? And gain decline through its use, at a smaller rate than normal demons? Or has soul absorb itself been reduced to only allowing for classing up?

No, demons absorb souls through soul absorb (it still works just as normal), Hanyous have an ability called "Consume" which allows them to eat the heart of knocked out demons. Hanyous are incomplete and would absorb angels if they could, but they don't possess the ability to. So they have to complete themselves by absorbing the beings that can absorb angels.

So Hanyou are a fourth race? Or a complete rework to the half demon hybrid races through mating?

Fourth race. All the races will be choosable from the beginning, mating will just be another way of getting those races. For example a class 5 human and class 5 demon mating will have a class 5 hanyou.

edit: Actually scratch that, only demons/angels/humans choosable from the beginning.

Alright, cool. I really like the rework for them then, considering in the last builds, unless you were a very high ranked human/demon/angel, those races were nigh unplayable due to their set powers, weaker racial moves, and inability to ascend in any way. Though I feel like there could be more sub classes with half demons/half angels. After all, humans have the most untapped potential, and in most forms of media half-humans generally start weak, and have even greater potential than normal humans. Something to make their powers stand out from the other races might be fun, like that.

Oh wait, just noticed nameless' text was changed, and also have 7x power now. Alright then. But even then, they have a harder time reaching their final ascension than even humans. (locked to killing a full demon, humans can kill a full demon or full angel.)


I suppose they do have ungodly declines at that point. I like them.

The final multi is decided by how hard it is to reach it. Humans have to beat a class 5 (almost all have 6+ multi) with just a 4x multi. On the flip side, they can reach their 4x much more easily compared to other races.

The jump from class 4 to class 5 isn't as difficult for Hanyou's, they have a higher multi and decline to work with.
