When the servers go down

I was thinking when the servers are down we could have a forum thing on where everyone could talk to each other one like a chat room. It would be like the stone arrow square or something like that (suggestions). I thought it be a nice thing to do while we wait for the servers to come back online. Sorry I'm kinda bad at explaining so um I hope you like my idea thank you if you read and understood this I'll try to anwsers (forgot how to spell) any questions you may have about this. (Also you grammer nazis better not correct me on my ungodly horrible grammer >~>)
