Anvils on cooldown

If you break a sword on an anvil (tested with Zenzen sword and a blade made of Yusion) it stays on cooldown forever and can not be used again

Anvils still go on infinite cooldown if you try and fail to upgrade a Zenzen weapon.

Anvils showing letters instead of numbers like the forge is fustrating but it appears that the letters move around seemingly randomly at times.
Often the text will say a stat has been improved from F to C for example but then in the Profession screen and when you finally remove the weapon it might have stayed at the previous grade.a
