[Rework]Ora Point System

The new ora point system will allow the player to customize their Ora to their liking. For every 2,500 (x current world gains) stat they gain, the player will gain 1 ora point. They're very powerful and the effects are very noticable so each point takes a while to gain. All passives can be fully bought with 6 ora points.

Vital Passives
Health, Mana and Stamina can have 3 points invested into each of them. First level of the vital passives cost 1 ora point, the second level of the vital passives cost 2 ora points and the final level costs 3 points. For health and mana, each level increases the players health by 5% when they're using their Ora. Stamina passive increases the player's stamina by 10 every level.

Combat Mastery Passives
All the combat masteries have passives which can have 5 points invested into them. Levels one to four of the passive require 1 ora point, the final one costing 2 ora points. Each point grants the player 2,000 points towards the combat masteries. Combat masteries have a cap of 30,000 base points. The player can still exceed this amount using the combat mastery passives or an ora item.

Movespeed
You can only buy this passive twice, each level costing 3 points. This will raise the level of your movement speed by 1.

Combat Stat Passives
You can raise the amount your strength, endurance, magic, resistance and dexterity are increased when using your Ora. Can be raised to level 3, first level costs 1 ora point, second costs 2 ora points and the final level costs 3 ora points. Each level increases the boost Ora gives a stat by 100%/200%/300% of your base stat.

Needs more balancing.
especially for the combat stat passives.
instead of a flat rate of 100%/200%/300% think about halving them.
like 50%/100%/200%

Thats what I had it at originally, but thats too small. All buffs are based on your base stats. So if you've got 100 STR and you've got 700 buffed, another buff that gives you 100% strength will only bring you to 800 STR. Comparing it to all the other buffs such as God Stones(up to 600%), Ora Necklace(up to 300%), Ora(up to 600%), Sinew(up to 300%), Focus(up to 500%) and Kata(up to 500%), the 300% passive for 6 points (which is 15k stats with gains on 1) is reasonable.
